Matt and his family joined North Cincy in 2016 and became the Senior Pastor in August of 2022.  Matt attended Covenant Theological Seminary after serving 8 years on staff  with Campus Outreach. He and his wife Eileen have 3 children.

After serving in college ministry throughout the Midwest and receiving pastoral and theological training in Washington, D.C., Justin and his family returned to the Ohio Valley in 2026 to join the North Cincy staff team. Justin is passionate about helping people find meaningful community, grow as disciples of Jesus, and connect their lives to the mission of the church. Justin and his wife, Conner, cherish raising their son, August, and are grateful to call the Cincinnati area home.

Jeff and his family lived in Chicagoland planting churches for 24 years before moving back home to Cincinnati in 2022. He works full time for WordPartners, a ministry committed to training pastors in expository preaching around the world. He and his wife, Jen, have four daughters and one son-in-law. Jeff oversees our Community Groups and Adult Education.

Cheryl has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Mississippi State University and a Master's Degree in Child Life from the University of Alabama. She has been a member of NCCC since 2003 and joined NCCC staff in 2013. She is married to Cameron and they have four children.

Kyle has a Bachelor of Arts from Cedarville University. He later went on to get a teaching license from Ohio State University. As a former graduate of NCCC Student ministry, Kyle is passionate about connecting with the student and connecting the students to Christ.

Annette is a lifelong native Monroe, OH. She and her husband Rick have attended NCCC for 20 years, and she has been on staff since 2012.
