Small is Big
Small group opportunities abound at NCCC. We believe that small groups are one of the best ways to get connected to our church family, as well as grow in your walk with the Lord. Whether you’re looking for a teen group, men’s group, women’s group, or a place for the whole family to experience community together, there’s something for you!
LIFE Groups
LIFE Groups are designed for families to find Learning, Inspiration, Fellowship and Encouragement as they develop friendships with other families. LIFE groups are a place for people to study, pray, share, eat, laugh, cry, and grow as they “live life together.” Each group is a bit different in makeup, content, meeting frequency and location. Visit the LIFE Groups table in the lobby for more information, or contact us to find a LIFE group that works for you.
Men’s Discipleship Groups
Men’s discipleship groups are small groups of two to eight men who meet together weekly for study, fellowship, prayer, and accountability. Men’s groups meet at various locations, days, and times. Contact us to find a group that fits your schedule. To learn more about men’s ministry at NCCC, visit the Adult Ministries page.
Women’s Discipleship Groups
Women’s discipleship groups are small groups of five to eight women who meet weekly to study God’s word, grow in understanding and application of His truths, submit to accountability, engage in service, and share their walk with the Lord together. Groups meet at different locations, days and times. Contact us for more information. To learn more about women’s ministry at NCCC, visit the Adult Ministries page.
Women’s Bible Studies
Several different Bible study options are available for women to grow in their knowledge of God. Studies meet at NCCC on Thursday mornings at 9:00 a.m. and Thursday evenings at 7 p.m. during the school year. Childcare is provided for ages 0-5 during the morning study only. Contact us with questions regarding women’s Bible studies. Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) also meets at NCCC on Mondays at 6:55 p.m. from September-May. DiG Groups
DiG Groups are small groups for teens that meet on various days and times during the week as part of our True North student ministry. DiG groups are led by our True North staff, a volunteer team of young adults who are committed to the discipleship, care, and nurture of NCCC Jr. and Sr. High students.
Adoption/Foster Parent Network
The goal of the Adoption/Foster Parent Network is to support NCCC families through all stages of adoption and/or foster parenting. The group meets regularly to share personal experiences, encourage one another, and provide parenting tips. Whether you are looking into adoption/foster parenting or need support afterwards, please contact us for more information.
